Property is an excellent choice for a weekend (3 days max.) Neighbors (up stairs) are very, very noisy. Surroundings are noisy but ok, it is the middle of the city. Grocery store is 2 min. Away. City historic town is 20 min. Walk. Lake 30 min. Walk. But there is plenty of local transportation (bus - bikes)
