「Overall, excellent resort! Our room was amazing and clean. The food was delicious and I strongly recommend making your restaurant reservations for your stay the moment you arrive. The lady at the desk who helped me with this set me up nicely for my entire stay. The only reason for the 4-stars under staff is due to some punk kid (staff member) that literally wanted my son’s DNA and his passport in order to play in the gaming room. Even if he was just following policy, I find it a ridiculous ask...

Location is perfect, with next to no traffic, entrance to public beach just across the road, and just a short sraight shot, within walking distance, to 5th Ave. If you're in to exercise, you can literally start your run, walk, biking, etc...right outside your door; you won't be alone, seems to be a common route, as the majority of roadway is pedestrian only. Service is great, very attentive. As others have said, the coffee is delicious, as well as the fresh...

This is perfect for people who want a quieter experience and a great beach, seconds from their room. It is also just down the street from Pranamaya Free dive which offers a variety of excursions. Great people. 」

「Nice accommodation to stay in Playa Del Carmen. Very easy to communicate with the staff, who were very quick to respond via Whatsapp. Only thing to note is that the pool is in a different building (only 4 blocks away), which I wasn't aware of when booking. Additionally, the rooms lack external windows, resulting in no natural sunlight. It wasn't an issue for me. I would recommend this if you're looking for accommodation in Playa del Carmen that offers value for money. 」

「The location was very quiet and we felt very safe (with gated entry way), the staff was friendly and always willing to help. Our apartment was excellent for 3 people with the bedroom and sleeper sofa in the living room. We were glad to have had the kitchen with a fridge & coffee machine too. Excellent to walk to the beach or 5th avenue. 」
