「This was a great stay with Kasa. They made it easy with the virtual check in process. I loved the location on East 6th St. There were tons of great options for food in walking distance. The unit was very clean. The staff was very helpful with any questions and the roof top has awesome views of the downtown area. 」

「I recently stayed at Kasa The Waller in Austin and had an absolutely great experience overall. The standout feature was the polite and helpful staff—they were responsive via messenger and went out of their way to assist with any questions I had, making the whole process smooth.
A small heads-up beforehand about Kasa being a bit atypical would have been nice; it’s more like an apartment-hotel with virtual check-in, no traditional front desk, and self-service amenities, which caught me off guard...
