"When we arrived we saw immediately that the sofabed in the lounge was broken and could not be used to sit or sleep on, this was disappointing as it meant there were not enough beds for us all. We contacted the owner and the next day a chap arrived with an airbed. We requested that the sofa be replaced but that did not happen. "Staff were amazing, rooms a bit dated but could not fault the amazing food we ate on site! Great breakfast and fab meals in Fusion and The Rib Room! Highly recommend an evening in The Pin, book ahead for the games."
