“Certainly not your typical soulless empty purpose built rental. Jan & George have filled their unique little space with interesting items. We spent three nights and every day noticed something else to look at. The wildlife is incredible, hummingbirds, fish, squirrels, it’s obvious they’re very fond of the property and their humans. “The unit was pleasant, clean and comfortable. I loved the fact that there was a washer dryer too! A few tips to the host: For the safety of your guests, please put a nightlight in your bathroom. Also, area rugs should always have a grip mat underneath them. The rug on the floor next to the bed slid as soon as I stepped on it. Both are potential hazards that can be easily avoided.”

“A beautiful old renovated home with a gorgeous view. The weather didn't really cooperate for us but this home made up for it. We were all very comfortable here and enjoyed looking at all the unique items, books and antiques all throughout the home. Easy check in with our individual code and detailed communication from the hosts. Everything was great.”

Providing an arial view of the location of the condo and the condo number would have been helpful to us when arriving in the deep dark of night.”

The power was out for most of our stay - not their fault, it affected the whole region - but the wood stove, the propane stovetop, and wood-fired hot tub meant we could still enjoy all the things! So private, comfortable, and romantic. I've already told several people about this place. ”

The screen door next to the dining room doesnt open and close proper its very bent out of shape, only half the toaster works, lights dont work in 2 of three bedrooms, sauna entry room is completly unfinishedand and omitted from ad picturea, the corners on one of the beds were broken, 2 chairs were already broken in the laundry room and a 3rd broke under my child the first morning, the only extra fitted sheet had a stain,……
