"The hotel design and architecture are unique, however it showed some aging signs or due to poor maintenance (cracked floors, old carpet, peeled paint, and a strong moldy smell in the indoor pool area). I was disappointed bc i so looked forward to use the pool. The positives are the helpful staff, uncomparable buffet breakfast, a private pasage to the Fansipan ticket station, and the WOW pass to Fansipan (valued at 500k vnd) exclusively for staying guests. The hotel is located in the center of town where you could walk to the stone church, cultural center, and the love market (Saturday night only). Overall, it is a good place to stay."

We especially loved the rooftop bar overlooking the city and surrounding mountains. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy drinks, relax, and unwind while listening to great music. "Steps to Sapa Sun Station. The staff are so kind and go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. Breakfast is to order and delicious. Had beef pho every morning and some of the best in Sapa. Laundry turned around quickly and neatly folded and perfect. Stayed in huge deluxe room 404 with private balcony and extra bedroom. Theres a terrific Vietnamese fusion restaurant at the bottom of the (steep) incline. Highly recommend."
