“When we arrived at the property my husband thought it looked like the wrong place and had been abandoned for a long time because the grounds are not kept up well. “This was a great place to relax with a good view and explore the Lake Thun and Interlaken area. It was away from all the tourists and was so relaxing. Aber der Sanitär konnte das Problem beheben. Sauberkeit, könnte hygienischer sein, auch der Schlüsseltresor( klemmt) mal anschauen. “This chalet was a perfect basecamp for traveling the Interlaken region. It is within a 20-minute walk of a major train station and the bus is one minute from the front door. My husband and I adored the small village where it is located. It was amazing to stay in a small and quiet location and easily get to the busier city of Interlaken. “Good sized condo for two adults and two kids...conveniently located for easy commute to interlaken, lauterbrunen, grindelwald etc. Condo in good condition and overall good space however they have weird bathroom conditions....a. the shower is not properly covered by shower curtain and b. They have heated flooring...so under no condition water shouldnt come out.... Its very inconvinient way of taking a shower But besides that apartment was very good”

“Location is good but it is up the hill so make sure to take their shuttle bus instead of walking. The facilities and staff are mostly great! Kim, the lady at the reception was particularly helpful, she helped me a lot on my trip planning and she is always smiling and polite!! For the sauna and gym, I would suggest it opens longer, 8pm is a bit early to close as ppl may want to use them after dinner, esp gym, would suggest it opens 24/7. ”
