「Absolutely loved the stay! One of our favorite places for a night away. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. Only suggestion is to make sure there are better options for the coffee station. We had no sugar and don’t care for the artificial sweeteners.」

Our only complaint was the check-in process was odd, we did not see a single staff member the entire stay, and the “self check in” could have been explained a little better. 「We enjoyed our stay. However, there were a few hiccups along the way. We arrived at 5:45 and our door code did not work. I called the number listed in my email, one listed on the front door, plus texted the emergency number. It took 30 minutes to get a response. It was just a bit disconcerting to not have staff available, both to address typical needs or in case of an emergency. This also made us uncertain about overall security.」
