“Great area it’s near everything ”

“Nice staff. Hotel has a nice pool and relaxing area. But it all goes away when you you realise the hostel has bedbugs, which got in my luggage and I am currently suffering its bites and trying to get rid off. I found a bed bug in the room the morning I was leaving, I pointed this out to the staff, they said they would deal with the problem. The issue is The problem was transferred to me, and I will end up spending way more money than what I spent at the hostel. ”

“The bathroom and kitchen are clean, but is generally not well maintained. I would be willing to pay more if the facility was better maintained and upgraded.”

“I stayed there for three weeks in March. It has a very good location to the University Teaching Hospital, it's a seven minutes walk. The area is safe, I was even walking around there by early night and we always had electricity. The stuff is friendly and helpful.”

“This was a spacious and clean hotel with a gym and pool. Nearby is a grocery store and sports bar where we had dinner. Everyone we met was friendly. A water pipe had burst, leaving the apartment with no water when we arrived but they did fix it as soon as possible. My husband reported seeing a few bugs running around the kitchen which thankfully I did not see. I'll give the benefit of the doubt that it could have been related to the pipe bursting and is not a normal thing. My sons loved the TV……

“The accommodation is spacious and modern. The single bedroom apartment boasts a table with chairs and plenty of room for eight people--you could have a dinner party! The apartment had a swimming pool shared with one other apartment. I didn't see that advertised so it was a pleasant surprise. There were no power failures during my 10-day stay although Lusaka tends to experience load shedding almost daily.
