「We stayed here for 4 nights, and this is our second stay at the hotel and this is the only hotel in Lusaka we would stay in. We stayed in the double room with separate kitchen and lounge and is well worth the additional cost. The room is spacious very clean and has everything you need for a stay. The kitchen has the basics to allow you to prepare food, but you do have to ask if you want knives as they are not left in the draws. 「The staff were very polite and helpful, but the hotel needs maintenance. My original room lacked hot water for a shower. I was told that this is a hotel-wide issue. I was able to get moved to a different room that did have hot water after several days and multiple attempts to get the situation resolved. My new room had hot water, but the shower did not drain properly, causing it to flood into the rest of the bathroom. The room also had ants and at least one roach. The breakfast buffet was...
