“The hotel receptionist Pedro was fantastic. He was professional, helpful and kind. He should be promoted to manager. The kitchens delivered up delicious food. Our server in the restaurant was forgetful though. We stayed one night in the Design hotel and the other night in the Kroener connected sister hotel. Both of our rooms were beautiful, well decorated, spacious and clean. I recommend these hotels. ”

“The staffs are nice, breakfast is good, and luckily I had free upgraded my room to 3 people room, it was a best experience that I tried, and compare the other ibis before I had stayed.”

“Great hotel with excellent service. The gentleman at reception was extremely good at his job and should be commended. Room was spotless and comfortable with all that you would need. Parking was easy and free.”

“A beautiful peaceful countryside stay by the forest, I would love to go again but sadly the receptionist lady's behaviour was strange the way she looked at us, like we're not welcomed I love travelling and I visited over twenty countries but never happened this before. I'm not complaining but this is unusual specially on four star hotels.”
