「The room was clean and spacious, with a small double appointed as a single bed which was lovely. Loads of storage space too. The bathroom was excellent, really big for a single room, and stocked with the amazing Bloom Remedies products I've come to love in this chain. I booked last minute and asked to be placed in the quietest part of the hotel, which was accommodated. The hotel is a beautiful building with lush grounds, ample parking and is situated only a 10-15min stroll from the city...

「Leaving aside the novelty value, this is an excellent hotel. Superbly appointed room with excellent bathroom and everything works perfectly: near-silent but efficient climate control, faultless WiFi connectivity and TV casting. The restaurant is a treat, creative and beautifully presented menu choices and fabulous breakfast choices. Most of all the staff made the visit special; attentive, warm, courteous and helpful. 「A B&B that I will definitely stay again whenever I visit St. Austell. Warm, cozy and great location (it only takes less than 5 mins walking distance from St. Austell station, 10 mins walk to town centre) it's like going home as owner was friendly and warm, deco was warm and lovely, and most of all, home cooked and wide choice of breakfast was magnificent. I believe it is the worthiest place to stay with all these and amazingly low pricing charged. Big thumb up and highly recommended.」
