“Cleanliness Needs Major Improvement
It would have been a much better experience if we had not been greeted by cockroaches when we checked in. Unfortunately, the place appears to have a serious cockroach infestation and needs a very thorough cleaning and pest treatment.
The only consolation was the excellent communication and customer service. The staff were responsive, accommodating, and pleasant to deal with, which we really appreciated.
However, overall, the property needs significant……

“Always book here whenever staying in Caloocan. Location is safe, and accessible. There is always security and you always feel safe. The area and building and room is neat, tidy, and staff is super friendly. The owner Sarah and staff is very professional and check-in/out is always a breeze. I will definitely be booking again next visit in Caloocan! Maraming Maraming Salamat po!! ”
