Wieder einmal war alles bestens. Das Haus liegt wunderschön am See, in wenigen Minuten taucht man mit dem Rad in die umliegenden Wälder ein, dort ist es so ruhig, dass man seinen eigenen Herzschlag hören kann.

Schönes Objekt am See

Leider ist die Wärmepumpe mehrmals ausgefallen, aber durch den Kamin haben wir den Wohnraum trotzdem warm bekommen. Auch die Sauna hat bestens funktioniert. Der Hausmeisterservice war sehr bemüht uns bei der Wärmepumpe zu helfen, leider war dies durch Sicherung raus/rein nur kurzfristig hilfreich. Das Objekt an sich ist sehr schön und von weiteren Villen gleicher Bauart umgeben. Der öffentliche Zugang zum See ist leider durch die frei laufenden Enten stark verschmutzt aber ansonsten gut zu erreichen. Wir konnten das zum Haus gehörende 3 Personen Kanu am Zugang zum See problemlos zu Wasser lassen. Die ca. 200m sind für 2 Erwachsene zwar eine schöne Schlepperei, aber die Fahrt auf dem See macht das alles wieder wett. Der See ist wirklich toll. Die Villa an sich hat einen sehr schönen Wohn- und Essbereich, die Küche ist funktional eingerichtet und beide Schlafzimmer liegen im Erdgeschoss. Die Schlafcouch befindet sich im Obergeschoss zusammen mit dem 2ten Bad. Da wir die Schlafcouch nicht genutzt haben, hat uns die dort fehlende Verdunkelung nicht gestört. Zum oberen Geschoss gehört auch eine große Terrasse mit schönem Ausblick. Kleiner Wehrmutstropfen war die beschädigte Couch im Wohnbereich. Zum Haus gehört ein Schuppen und dort kann man neben 2 Standupboards auch 4 sehr gute Fahrräder und ein Federballspiel finden. Wer mit Kind unterwegs ist sollte allerdings ein Kinderfahrrad mitbringen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort, Vielen Dank!

Schöner Seeblick

Das Grundstück ist nicht das abgebildete, ist aber egal, da die Umgegend viel bietet. Das Haus liegt in einem Neubau-Resort, alles eng bebaut und anonym. Waren in einer Gruppe unterwegs und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Das Haus war sehr schön, allerdings ging die Heizung erst nicht und der Abfluss in einem der Bäder war verstopft.

Alles in allem okay

Bis auf die Sauberkeit ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht. Das in nächster Nähe eine Baustelle ( nächstes Ferienhaus) ist , hätte in der Beschreibung erwähnt werden können .
