"The house was just as advertised. Beautiful, spacious, and just a few homes down from the beach. It was the perfect anniversary staycation for our family and the best added bonus of the fenced in yard to bring our dog! "

"Our host, Joshua, was fantastic! He communicated everything necessary in a timely manner and the few times I had a question, he responded within minutes and was warm and welcoming always. The house was lovely and comfortable. It felt very spacious while also feeling cozy. My son definitely enjoyed having his own “apartment” on the second floor. That’s its own space with a bed, bathroom and living area with a TV and a door to close yourself off from the downstairs. He was in heaven. The yard was lush and green and huge. We could have played a football game on it. And there was a very nice patio out back with a grill, a fire pit and a table and chairs.The area is great! We loved the beach, it was beautiful, and the trail near the house. And we found some great paces to eat nearby.All-in-all it was a great trip and we will definitely be returning to Lewes and Joshua’s Coastal Cottage."

"Location was perfect and the house was well stocked with pots, pans, and necessities. The beds were comfortable and the layout was spacious so everyone could spread out and find quiet. The fire pit was safe and surrounded by sand and there was even firewood! We had a great stay!"
