Delightful getaway

This property is part of a beautiful and peaceful estate in the countryside. A mile-long path - steep but well maintained - leads to a private beach. (Rocky. You need your tennis shoes for the trek and the beach.) It is also close to the coastal path, and the hike through England's "rainforest" undercliffs is delightful. I would stay again.

Gem of a property

We had an amazing week at the Billiard House, perfect in every way. The breathtaking views, the tranquil garden and the beautiful and immaculate house exceeded all expectations. The fresh flowers and welcome goodies were very much appreciated and the owner could not have been more helpful and welcoming. We also enjoyed the private beach (very few people despite the peak season) and Lyme Regis was only a short and easy drive away. All in all, highly recommended!
