“Sweet well designed and decorated rooms”

“Rooms were very nice and comfortable. We had to leave at 7.30 so could not have breakfast as service started at 8am. Pub part felt soulless and having to sit and drink whilst staff have finished their shift and were chatting to working staff spoilt the quiet atmosphere. To me it felt overpriced for the product we received”

“Comfortable rooms above a pub less than a two minute walk from Lymington Town railway station and a few minutes to town centre and quayside with restaurants and pubs. Street was fairly quiet at night. Staff friendly and efficient- we left our bags as we arrived early and when we returned later to check in the bags had been taken to our room for us. Would stay again.”

“Fantastic. Really need to keep that a secret!”

“The little gypsy caravan was lovely and quaint, an experience in itself, everywhere was immaculate and clean, well organised, the continental breakfast was beautiful with a wide range and fresh fruit, the owner recommended we're to eat in the village and drink, it's was excellent to, nice and friendly, overall an excellent experience”

“Charged for the use of the mini bar even though we didnt take anything. Small holes in bed linen upon arrival. Relaxation room, the paintwork was terrible. Slow service all round.Service charge to room is 12.5 percent, slightly inflated for something that shouldnt exist. However nice big bed, attentive staff in main diner.Hydro pool nice touch although children not allowed.Lovely breakfast and main meal.Pools were excellent. I would not stay here again considered this is a four star hotel.I……

“Great breakfast choices and hot food cooked to order.”

“A nice place to stay. Great location on high street. Upstairs sink didn't work when we were there and plumber came at 8 AM on checkout day, but this isn't a major failing of the property. Recommended.”

“Great host and property had a lovely stay”

“First the positives: location is excellent, tranquil, great for sea wall walks but not too far to the high street. Booking process was seamless. The Boat House has a lovely garden and looks cute. However... the sofa bed is comfortable neither as a sofa or a bed. Everything is slightly down at heel. The floor is not particularly clean - my socks ended up filthy. If you are a biggish person, you won't be able to get into the shower (there's a fixed screen and a small space between it and the……

“Exceeded all my expectations.”
