“From the pictures on the site, it indicated that toileries would be provided. But there was none to be seen. Initially had problems getting into my room, because the no. received was incorrect. Contacted the Office and this was corrected immediately. The no.19a bus goes to the 'Shirley' area, just ask the driver to put you off at the Howard Road bus stop. “The room is on the 2nd floor , it is too small for a family, no table , no teeth brush , no hairdryer and shower gel provided . The stairs are too steep, quite dangerous if you have baby with you.
