「Night manager was very rude. No air con in the room and it was so hot. Sheets were dirty. Seats torn. Room not modernised since 70s/80s. Breakfast supposed to finish at 10:00. They told us they had packed it all away at 9:00. Won’t return.」
「The park is nice however you have to pay for everything as extra including WiFi which even after paying was very poor. Paying for indoor swimming was also not good. There was a very pungent smell in our caravan which didn’t go away even with all windows open and bin out. Mattress is very uncomfortable. Won’t be coming back here」

Friendly helpful staff but no-one was able to say where alternative parking could be although we we very lucky to have got a parking spot within the hotel.
We would like to have refrozen our ice packs so that we could buy food for a picnic lunch and keep it all cool but only discovered that we could do this by chance and when it was too late.
Clean and tidy room but one clean towel had an old brown stain on it.
Bathroom needs updating in the Club bedroom and get rid of the shower...
