“Enjoyed our stay again this year. The shower temperature is very sensitive and easily too hot in both showers. The sliding glass door is very dirty. ”

“We had a slumber party for our daughters 10th bday and everything was perfect. It had plenty of table space for all the kids. Extra blankets and pillows. Living room space was nice and comfy, especially when the fireplace was going. I only regret not walking across the road to the beach, im definitely gonna have to come back some other time just for me.”

“It is old. Drapes are stained and worn out. Listed as 1 bedroom when it wasn't. When listing as 1 bedroom it has to have a closet, by federal law. "Bedroom" had no closet, just rack to hang cloths. The 2 chest of drawers in room were full of blankets and pillows. No place to unpack. Had to use suitcase for night stand on one side. Had to get out of bed to turn off light. Picture on line showed unit on ground floor. That is why i booked it. I am disabled and stairs are very hard. We……

“A comfortable condo”

“The property was clean and well stocked. There was a bit of a mix up when we arrived but it was quickly handled by the owner who was easy to reach and responded to our questions immediately.”

“Perfect location in Birch Bay, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and ocean view. Really clean and nicely remodeled. Comfy and enjoyable. The outside of the building and the shared amenities (pool, hot tub, game room) are dated and a little rundown but the inside of the condo makes up for it. ”

“Comfortable space and convenient location. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a great holiday meal while we visited with our son. We took our dog on many walks along the bay trail which is located just across the street from the condo complex. And, there is a great brewery just a couple blocks up the street that is dog friendly!”
