“In the three and a half days I was there, not one housekeeper cleaned my room. The hotel indicated, on an information sheet given at check-in, that housekeeping would be done every other day. I got back to my room too late on the second day to call down to have any “light” cleaning. What was more troubling was the “handicap” features. Grab bar placement in the tub was inadequate, no non-stick surface on the tub had me in fear of a fall. The commode was normal height with no grab bar……

“Front desk staff was very unhelpful. I was in town for a football game sand I unfortunately lost my wallet at with all of my credentials. So I had no physical credit card to use for the deposit. This staff told me numerous times there was nothing he can do to help me, even after I explained that I drove to get here and I was tired I did not have the energy to drive back. I also explained the situation with just loosing my wallet. I asked to speak with a manager and he replied " I Am the manager……

“The first room we checked into was spacious and very clean — we were impressed. However, the toilet kept making loud refill noises every few minutes. I reported it, and we waited over 20 minutes while someone tried to fix it, but it wasn’t resolved. It was already almost 11pm, and our kids were tired and still hadn’t showered, so we asked to switch rooms. The second room had more issues — the toilet wouldn’t flush and the bedside lamp didn’t work. I asked to change again, but the front desk……

“Great location, very clean and nice staff! My only issue was the microwave in my room didn’t work and there wasn’t dish soap. Other than that, it was great and we will definitely be returning!”

“Magnificent boutique hotel with all the amenities. Beautiful, curated rooms, delicious breakfast and friendly staff. There is a lovely sitting room where you can enjoy wine and snacks during happy hour. Parking is on-site and it is a quick walk to shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay and I look forward to visiting again.”
