“Laura's place is a gem and she is a terrific hostess. It is within walking distance to Good Harbor beach and drivable to all sorts of fun outings. It was the perfect size for our family of 8 - our four kids and to of their partners. The living area space, deck, and kitchen allowed for both full group moments and one on one time. Laura recently redid the kitchen and it was terrific. We highly recommend making pancakes on the stovetop griddle. Thanks for a great weekend in this special home.”

“This property is wonderful, clean and has an excellent outdoor space. It is on a VERY busy road and the driveway is hard to get in/out of. Close to everything!! We loved the remodeled character of the house and the Kitchen is great!”

“Can't say enough about how great this rental is. Even with bad weather it is in a beautiful location, so quiet and peaceful. The house is clean and cozy, comfy bed and nice kitchen. It has a very cool architectural mix of an asian vibe and being on a boat, minimalist but has everything you need. The hosts were so friendly and helpful with us using our coastal row boats from their dock. The tide swings greatly so just know you can't always use the dock at low tide unless you want to walk in the……

“This little cottage has a perfect location on Wollaston Beach right behind Tony’s Clam Shop. Walking distance to the water as well as a playground for kiddos. Back yard is fairly nice but not fenced and had some glass and nails about, so keep shoes on the little ones! Though hosts were otherwise prepared with a pack and play and high chair, which our family appreciated juggling multiple babies for the family reunion. Kitchen was great to cook in and the back porch was lovely for morning coffee……

“We had a great time at the cottage. It was awesome to be able to walk to a beach (carefully along a busy street with no sidewalk). The negatives: the cottage is small, the stairs a bit treacherous, the wiring upstairs a bit sketchy. The positives: the space is maximized nicely, the kitchen works well, and it was clean. We were 4 adults and 2 toddlers and would stay again.”

“The cottage was a perfect place for my family and I to stay while visiting New England! Chris was very easy to communicate with and gave outstanding recommendations on places to go and see. The cottage is older, with some history, just like the surrounding areas. After battling the traffic in Boston and Salem, we loved the ability to come back to our private cottage on the hill and just relax. We enjoyed the stay and area and will definitely be back again.”

“We had an excellent experience renting this property last week! Check-in was seamless and ahead of schedule, and the property manager was so responsive to my questions. There’s a nice view of the ocean from the front porch and upstairs bedrooms - and if you enjoy sleeping to the sounds of the ocean, this is a great spot. There’s also an enclosed outdoor shower, which we loved. Dinner on the back porch after a nice day at the beach was also a highlight. All in all, a great stay for our family of……

“Excellent room condition. Excellent location. I stay there for 7 nights. Very cozy’s and convenient. However, I barely got the response for my request for housekeeping. The mail of customer service isn’t to serve customers, but for the administration announcing room inspection or filter changing. I wrote several messages and got no response at all.”
