「Clean !! Very nice 」

「A little outdated but clean and great staff!」

「the room wasn't clean. very poor customer service. especially in the bar areas. and a very rude bartender. that chose to argue with a customer. and decide too talk too. his coworkers in regards of a customer. and I won't ever book there again. and there was a maggot found in clean supposedly clean towels. and this was supposed too be a five star hotel. not at all is what it was. 」

「Clean, comfortable bed, quiet room, shower worked well but lukewarm at 8 pm? Breakfast has good variety. Recommend adding bottled water to guest rooms. Coffee and water in lobby all day, overall good stay.」

「This was my first time staying at My Place. They are uniquely different from other hotels in the area. It was perfect for my trip and pet. Melissa was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. She made sure that I was familiar with the property and enjoyed my stay. I did enjoy the ‘breakfast in bed’ option, but wished they had pricing along with signage. Other than that, it was a perfect experience.」

「Room was great bathroom door didn’t close properly, I grabbed a mug to drink out of there was coffee that’s wasn’t cleaned properly off the cup. Overall great stay 」

「The smell of the 3rd floor is horrible i guess they let people cook in there rooms and the smell of fish and curry and other sppices were very strong and made me nauseous we couldn't not stay we left」

「2nd time here. Always so convenient to the venue. Rooms are always clean. Keep it up!! Staff is not always nice but still worth staying. 」

「The property condition was really the only downfall to our stay. The entire second floor flooring was bowed and bouncy. Our room had a large dip by the bed that you tripped on all the time. Bathtub was loose and repaired with caulk. Overall a very nice hotel that looks like it was recently remodeled, but maybe cheaply done? 」

「This stay was horrible. The entire building was rough looking. The AC wasn’t working properly. The tv remote was missing and was replaced with a remote that didn’t even work. Our room was never cleaned. The front desk never answered the phone when I’d call. The man who checked us in was rude and inconsiderate. My 4 year old son was playing with my friend and the attendant said “what’s wrong with him” as if my child, being a child, was defected. 」

「It wouldn’t take much to make this a 5 star review but the towels had holes, the sheets had holes, the lamp flickered and there was mold on the ceiling! The ice machine was also missing. But the room was clean. The bathroom had been renovated and the lobby and breakfast was nice.」
