“The room was incredibly dusty. The sheets didn't feel fresh; there was a lot of hair on them. The floor was dirty—the amount of dust in that room was shocking.”

“The tube was dirty, and the sink leaked water from the faucet. The pool could be updated for the price of the hotel stay. Pool is not heated and hot tub does not work. Definitely over priced for the quality and amenities offered.”

“The front desk staff was very friendly. The only complaint that I have with the staff is house keeping. My mom wasn't feeling well one morning when we were there so we were in our room after 11, the check out time. While cleaning rooms, they were slamming doors and talking, at times yelling down the halls which did not make for a restful time for my mom.”

“The property is well kept. The first night we stayed in a room with the bedroom facing the highway which runs around Lubbock. I went to the front desk and explained I wasn't able to sleep and requested a new room if available. Brandon Kent understood my request and moved my wife and myself to the opposite side of the property with a upgrade. The remaining 2 day trip was very comfortable. Didn't have the opportunity to be involved with the managers drink special but the breakfast was used for two……

“Stayed one night with husband and 2 children. We arrived at 8:30pm .As soon as we walked into the room it was soo hot it felt like it was at least 100 degrees in the room. We turned Ac unit on an it was not cooling the room by 11:30pm. Called front desk and Justin came to the room an said the ac waa blowing cold air even tho it waa cooling thw room down. None of us could sleep. The other girl working said she could refund us or wait an hour for another room to cool down aftwr telling me she……

“My room had no air conditioning, so we were told we could receive a refund. We were checked out of the hotel less than an hour after we checked in. They had no other rooms available. I haven't received my refund yet, and this was weeks ago. I messaged the hotel and no answer. There were also zero parking spaces available, and several people were parking in the fire lanes.”
