Seminar stay

This is an older house but well kept and spotless We enjoyed our week stay there and the management was very easy to work with We hope to be able to stay here nxt year at the same time

Clean with some issues

The property was clean and good for two separate family's. The main thing is if you have a pet be careful because behind the home is a Pitbull that is unsupervised with a pet door that try's to digs under the fence. The home also could use a refresh with paint, many places need attention.pavers in the back are a tripping hazard which I told the owner about. The sofabed in the garage conversion was broke. The beds and sheets, pillows were great and had a good night sleep.The neighborhood was just ok, I couldn't give it a five star because of issues. I've owned many short term rentals and this fit our needs.
