Drew and Penny are fantastic hosts and clearly care about keeping guests happy , they have a great knowledge of the local area and nothing was too much trouble The house interior looks fantastic and is a credit to their hard work renovating the property . “Lovely historic hotel in Lynmouth right by the water. Be aware that check-in ends at 10pm and front doors lock at 11pm, but staff are friendly and helpful if you need any accomodation around that. We called and were given instructions on how to get our keys on arrival after 10pm. As for our stay, the hotel was comfortable, quiet and lovely. The breakfast options were quite nice as well. ”
“Stayed before and so know the deal. Paid slightly more for a better room, which was lovely. Clean, spacious and comfortable with great views. Shower only warm which was disappointing.
No bar, no breakfast but not bothered by lack of either.
