This calm and bright flat located on the 1st floor (without elevator), with a view on the residence private park which you will have a fully access, consists of a living space of 39 sq. m and includes :
- a living room with comfortable sofa-bed,
- a bedroom with double bed,
- a bathroom with shower,
- an open well-equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, hot plates, fridge),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair-dryer, ironing equipment, fan,
- TV and WI-FI,
- a garage.

In this residential but commercial neighborhood, you won’t miss anything : restaurants, shops and supermarkets are all accessible by foot. The new Medipôle center is also just nearby such as Pixel pole. Thanks to transports, you could join Lyon city-center and Part-Dieu station in 20 minutes.
