A hotel that matches what you pay for it. It’s clean, well kept, and does exactly what you expect of it. The staff are nice, the cleaners are great, overall I’d recommend especially given its proximity to great public transport.

Perfect place when you want to visit amazing museum just less than kilometer away. Seems like it is also closest place you can park a car. Nice hotel, underground parking (be patient!!) . Not much else to do in the area and makes sense to eat in the hotel as nothing great in the area anyway. very polite stuff! thanks!

Reception was clean and had plenty of facilities. Receptionist was friendly and check in was easy. Room could have been cleaned better as dust in corners and could hear next room but to be expected. Overall very convenient and comfortable stay.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean, but the hotel was tired and only one lift was in operation during our stay. It is a budget hotel, so we weren’t expecting five stars, but the rooms were not great. It is also some distance from the centre of Lyon. That is as advertised, but we would stay somewhere closer to the city centre if we travelled to Lyon again.

The property is ok I have stayed at an ibis budget which was far better whilst it is a lower class property. The checkin process took far longer than it should have done as the receptionist was confused with the booking, which was a straight forward 3 night booking. Some of the staff at reception were great and some not so great and would not acknowledge you when you entered or left the property. Asking questions or help we were made to feel extremely uncomfortable and some staff members were unhelpful. Our room wasn’t the cleanest and it was a fairly small room. The pool and the surrounding area were dirty and the were loose tiles around the edge of the pool. There are two hotels sharing the pool area which can make it quite busy especially when the weather was extremely warm during our time of travel. There are a few sun beds too we had to resort to keeping our things at the spare table which was in the smoking area. There are also no shops for drinks etc in the area however there was a vending machine which was handy.

Really convenient to the Halle Tony Garnier where we were seeing the Scorpions. About 30 minute walk to Bellacour and the shopping district with some really lovely bistros and restaurants to eat. Uber taxis are amazing in Lyon arriving within 2 or 3 minutes so it was really easy to get to further out to places like La Basilique Notre-Dame de Fourvière and the cultural quarter. Excellent stay, clean rooms and a bar which opens about 6pm til 11.30pm.

Staff lovely but ….

Good points -Staff at the hotel were all lovely. Room comfortable. Breakfast great Not so good -no sign for hotel at the roadside -had to drive round the block looking for it in the rush hour after a long drive . No lift access from car park with luggage and disabled passenger. Ramp to road ridiculously steep - unmanageable for solo wheelchair user
