The apartment is located on the ground floor of a small, secure building, overlooking the street.
This 30m² apartment features a bright living room with an HD TV and a 140x190 sofa bed. This is followed by a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 4, a bathroom with a shower, and a sleeping area with a comfortable 160x190 bed. Sheets and towels are provided.
We provide you with convenience products (a few coffeepods for nespresso machine, tea...).

The access to the apartment is 100% independant and secured thanks to a safe keybox with a personal code. Checkin is from 3PM and checkout up to 11 AM maximum.

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.
