“The area is beautiful, very quiet and far from the hustle and bustle. Only a few miles from the park entrance and surrounded by nature. The accommodations were wonderful, easy in and out, well appointed kitchen, the large room upstairs was spread out and great for us, the kids and mother in law. Host’s reached out to make sure we didn’t need anything. All around great experience.”

“Each year we select a different NP to visit and explore. This year we selected 2 National Parks in northern CA. Our first stop was Lassen Volcanic and we selected this rental.property as it was only 9 miles from the western entrance. We could not have been more pleased with our choice. Erica was great to work with. She responded to our questions right away, including concerns we had about the Park's fire impacting the area. The property managers were very helpful in making sure our stay was very pleasant. And the wraparound deck is the perfect spot to star gaze in a premiere “dark sky” area.”

“We only wish we could've stayed longer!! This is an amazing cabin in the woods. It is well-stocked, spacious, and comfortable. There are little added touches that really make it special hammocks in the back, a bottle of wine, coloring books for the kids, and maps of the area. I would highly recommend! Communication was easy and quick.”

“If you want to stay in a northern CA, retro, early 1900’s with updates, one family owned cabin this is your place. It’s got the original wood kitchen cabinets and checkered linoleum floor with enamel sink, no air condition, no garage, and more details of its time period. Closets and drawers have owner items but there’s room for your things, too. The staircase is steep and wood, not toddler or senior friendly. Both bathrooms are on the 1st level with 3 bedrooms of 4 located on the 2nd level so……

“Nice and cozy older home located between Mt. Lassen and Lake Almanor. Good quiet place with spacious bedrooms. It's an older home so don't expect anything fancy, but it has all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Owner was very nice a helpful. We'll definitely be returning in the future.”

“This year we decided that instead of buying presents, we would spend time together in a cozy cabin in the woods. We arrived and had a little bit of a hard time finding our cabin and since, it was the 24th of December and there was no one to help us get to our cabin, we started looking around. “This property is amazing! Location is only 15 minutes from LVNP entrance. Set in a private neighborhood with great outdoor space. Home is very well decorated and equipped with everything needed to be comfortable. Great for us 4 single adults and would be comfortable for a couple more or couples or a couple of families. Plenty of space for privacy and gathering together. Very clean and hosts were wonderful to communicate and make us feel welcome (esp. with fresh baked bread). Be sure and get……
