“What a lovely place, we hired a beautiful Bell tent for 2 nights. It was set up with all the essentials on our arrival. The plot had plenty of space around to set up bbq room and room for kids to play. The site, washrooms and kitchen were like new, very well maintained regularly cleaned. I have a pet allergy so the no pets policy was a great bonus here for me too. We had a great time and will book again. Thank you. ”

“It was a lovely little cottage, had everything we could need. Staff were also very helpful. very comfortable place. We enjoyed our stay very much. However the mattresses were a bit hard but that made little difference. We still slept well 😊 would recommend! ”

“Absolutely lovely stay at this property. We were only there for 1 night but can't reccommend enough. Tea, coffee and biscuits were left in the kitchen for us. TV in the living room was smart TV and there was a TV in both bedrooms. Beds were a tiny bit springy but still comfortable. Shower downstairs is a bit dated but still useable. Incredibly clean though absolutely no complaints on that front. Property manager was in touch and easy to contact. Some might be confused by the parking situation……

“Fabulous little cottage in a quiet and peaceful location. The log burner belted out so much heat, we didn’t need the central heating on. The owner was on hand if we had any issues and was so friendly. It's a 3 or 4 minute drive into Kirkbymoorside (we couldn't walk it due to the age of our dog) which is a great little village. Would highly recommend this cottage. (P.S. Helmsley and Pickering are well worth a visit whilst you're staying here)”
