“Quite good, hope can stay again in the future visit in London”

“Perfect location especially if you like to walk to great restaurants off Baker St. The staff is extremely helpful and the rooms have the most comfortable beds. My only disappointment is they are fully booked when we come back to London later this month. This is an amazing hotel!”

“Property was clean, pictures advertised where exact, host was attentive and fixed problems right away, kept us informed and checked in to make sure we had every try ing. Offered a free night and bottle of wine when they couldn’t fix the power outage even though it wasn’t their fault. Security on site at night, grocery store a close 5min walk at the most. Central location to subway and train system.”

“The housekeeping staff do not clean the room proactively, and even when we asked hotel staff to clean, the job was not done properly. The hotel has a convenient location and a comfortable lobby, but the housekeeping is not proactive. We feel it could be arranged better. ”

“A brilliant stay at The Holmes Hotel. The location is ideal, just a short walk from Oxford Street and Marylebone High Street, with excellent transport links. The staffs were super friendly and helpful, always on hand with a smile. The rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast was a real highlight - delicious and varied. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip to London.”

“The room is small with a very high bed. I need to climb up with some effort. The shower curtain is also very short which cannot prevent water from going to the carpet outside. The price is also not friendly but it is really convenient. Just a few minutes walk from Paddington station. ”

“This hotel will label you as a "no-show" and sell your room to someone else without any notice if you do not show up on your check-in day. If you have flight delays, or any travel issues stopping you from showing up on your check-in day - they will sell your room and if fully booked up have no room for you despite having pre-paid.”
