The room is a one star at the most. The sink in the bathroom was leaking. The fan was working with high speed and wouldn't change. The bed was of very low quality with the pillows having some funky smell. The only positive thing is the kindness of the people working there. I will not go back.

Excelente atendimento e equipe esforçada. Exceto o gerente que fez corpo mole para algumas situações. Pacote com café da manhã, almoço e jantar e tudo o que foi comprado foi entregue. Excelente localização. Quero destacar como muito positivo o mensageiro que nos buscou e nos levou no porto e as meninas da recepção.

We stayed in Crystal Sands beach for 7nights.. and it was absolutely amazing experience. Staff in hotel was always kind, helpfull and tooked care about all our needs. Rooms are nice, clean and with perfect pillows and mattress. Hotel is located in perfect location next to sea. Manager Jack was so kind and nice! We already miss these place and we would love to Come back as soon as possible! I recommend these place for all travelers who want to explore great service and stay in cozy and nice place in Maldives!

the best hotel I stay in Maafushi!!

港の目の前で便利。可愛いお姉さんが受付で優しく対応してくれるし、すごく気が利いている。部屋も広く、服をかけるオープンハンガーあり。洗面所、シャワー部位も広く、お湯は湯量、温度とも申し分なし。朝食は食べてないから分からないけど、夕食のアラカルトはメニュー豊富。なんと言っても！屋外スペースもあるが、寛げる屋内スペースがあるのがいい。一つ些細だけど改善点を挙げるとすれば、もう一つゴミ箱が欲しいことかな、トイレ用のしかなかったから。他にも同様のお値段の所もあり、何軒か泊まったが、ここが1番綺麗で居心地良かった。 It's just infront of the marina. There're a cute, very kind, & have a good attention womens there. The room has plenty of spaces, there's a open cloak, that can hang many closes. The washroom & the shower room also had a plenty of space, & there's plenty of hot hot water! I didn't eat the breakfast, but when I went to eat dinner, there was many orders of alacarte, & delicious. There's seats in out & inside, I really like that. Only thing to be more good, is to have another garbage in the room, there's only beside the toilet. Although, I stay in other hotels in Maafushi too, but here was the most comfortable & clean hotel!!

チェックインの際、少し前に来たグループにエクスカーションを勧めたり予約して貰ったりと時間がかかり、なかなか進まず。また、少し無茶な要望だけど何でも言ってみてと言われたため、声をかけてみると、少し待っててと大分待ち時間が長い。一方、困ったことに対して、しっかり対応してくれて、感謝です。 建物は少し老朽化してるためか、廊下がミシミシ鳴ったり、鍵が回し難かったり。でも、1番大事なホットシャワーがしっかり出るし、港から徒歩5分ぐらいで港からのメインストリート沿い、夜も人通りがある所なので安心です。後、意外にwifiが良い方‼︎ 朝食はレパートリーは少ないけど、そんなに食べないのでオッケー。ホテル前の屋外で食べます。 送迎もエクストラが入ってない20ドルちょうどで、マネージャーかな?の人が、わざわざ船まで見送りに来てくれる。働いてる人はみんな良い人だと伝わってくる所でした。 In the check-in, another group was there, & need a lot of time to complete the excursion, I need to wait a lot, even if I'm running out of time. & the other time, they said if there's something worried, talk to them anything, so I talked to them. They said wait for a minute, & I waited morn than 45min. But they helped me a lot, many things, even if I'm waiting a lot, I met a very helpful people there. The hotel is near & front of that main street, no worried to walk around in night & hot day. The building is quite old, so somewhere in the steps has a noise, & the doors key need a time to use. On the other hand, there was plenty of hot shower, & it's the most important thing for me. The people working there, all have a very helpful mind, I very glad to stay here. Thank you so much.

Posizione ottima, a pochi passi dalla bikini beach. Cibo molto buono e stanza confortevole e con tutto l'occorrente. Personale squisito, sorridente e sempre disponibili. Un ringraziamento speciale a Jack che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa, grazie anche a Roshan che si è preso cura di noi. I complimenti vanno a tutto il personale, fantastico. Che dire...lo consiglio vivamente e noi sicuramente ci torneremo. Vacanza indimenticabile!

The hotel is conveniently located ; the manager - Jack is very helpful . Staff like Imon; Murtaza Hossain ; Rabbi ; Jerry are excellent. Food is ordinary and there are options around; so don't go for an all inclusive . We had booked in a Beach View room; but there was no water in the toilet in it (106 ). When complained , the receptionist offered to give a down graded room stating no other BW rooms are available.. that was very disappointing and I asked them to refund my money .. Jak intervened and gave us an upgraded room - Ocean View - much appreciated. Infact dont book a BV ...its dingy ; if you are looking for one might as well go for OV

Good hotel for vacation

The hotel is ok for the price. The service is not awesome, but not mediocre either. It's clean and room service is available whenever you need it. The manager Jack was really awesome. He provided us with an awesome experience. He even let us check in at 12:00 am. He is really what a manager should be. Definitely visit here if you are taking a vacation. it will be worth it. Thanks Jack!!!

Ottimo hotel stato diverse volte e non perde mai un colpo. Un tre stelle ma che ormai con quel che offre potrebbe benissimo essere un 4 stelle. Economico ma di lusso. Camere moderne spaziose luminose e molto pulite personale gentilissimo divertente. Il cibo molto buono se pensiamo a dove siamo, tutto molto fresco. Hotel offre poi dei servizi settimanali di escursioni assolutamente da fare anche replicandoli tanto il mare offre sempre cose diverse .. Servizio di nave per aeroporto su richiesta al costo di 25 dollari a tratta. Che dire un paradiso in tutti i sensi.

Struttura molto carina e moderna, a 1 minuto a piedi dal porto, 3 minuti a piedi dalla bikini beach. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile, tutta via ho trovato un po’ “invasivo” essere chiamata tutti i giorni alle 8:30 del mattino per chiedere se volessimo fare delle escursioni. Cena a buffet buona, molto scarso invece il buffet della colazione, molto tipico della loro cucina una pochissima scelta per chi vuole fare una colazione classica dolce. WiFi scarso, per riuscire a navigare bisognava uscire in corridoio. Apprezzata moltissimo la disponibilità di tenere la stanza fino alle 7 di sera per preparare tutto prima di partire.

Great service and location

Great place to stay on local island Maafushi. Staff very eager to please. Included buffet breakfast and dinner reasonable quality but great service. In need of some TLC however all immediate needs addressed promptly. Air con can get a little hot in the afternoons.
