「Hot tub was broken and seems to have been for awhile, obviously this is an important feature to be missing. Some of the extras like chairs and umbrellas are not in great condition, although they were nice to have. The breakfast offerings were fine although I wouldn't call it a bed and breakfast. Be aware that "partial view" of the ocean is pretty partial as buildings are between you and the beach, but you have a nice pie slice of ocean and a great view of sunsets over Molokai. The issues that we had is that the air conditioner in the room was either not working properly, or undersized for the room. We had it set at 68 and it was hot in the room.
