“I booked this studio apartment at Agate for 5 nights as it was near the airport for work. When I contacted the management two days before check in I was told there was a problem with the apartment and that I would be moved somewhere else, they would only tell me when I arrived in Marrakech. When I arrived they gave me an address for the apartment which was a lot further away on a building site, all the other apartments were empty or still under construction including the swimming pool. “Door to bathroom didn't close, ran into jamb, building must have shifted? Sliding windows from hallway into room don't lock so no effective way to secure your room. Sewage smell in room, but this seems to be a commonality in Marrakech as all shower drains have a drain that can be opened and closed with a foot touch to open it while you are showering and close it when done to keep drain smells from leaking in. It was close to airport, which is why we chose it. Shuttle to airport was $150 MD……

Keine aktive Bestellaufnahme, Tische werden nicht aufgedeckt und abgeräumt, Sessel und Tische nicht gereinigt. Büffet immer erst nach nachfrage aufgefüllt, zb. Gläser, ect.....”

“The facility was very well maintained. Our room had a solarium, and we had breakfast every morning in there. The only complaint was that for vegetarians they struggled to understand about proteins. They stated we would get a vegetable tangine with lentils, but instead ended up with just a tangine of beans. This was disappointing.”

“This was our second stay in this hotel. The hotel is nice and clean, the staff is very helpful and nice. From check-in till check-out the stay was very nice. A special thanks to Meryem from housekeeping, and Meryem from the restaurant. They did their very best to make us and the kids feel at home. And a special thanks to Mohammed and his friends at the breakfast. The guys are very helpful and respectful. See you next time”

“Very close to a large shopping mall”

“I’m very dissapointed in this hotel, a very dated building and room, dirty floor with no carpets as showing on the pictures, and even had dirty sheets for the bed, it had traces of dirt from the dust and even body hair from another person who probably did stay in the room earlier. Either way, it was not clean. The AC in the room was not that strong so i was freazing most of the night, another one did also stop working in one of the other rooms during the night. I did complain to the staff and at……
