「We had a lot of 2 large luggage and 4 carry ons when we arrived at the front, but there was no help until we stepped inside the building. The security and guest associate just looked at as and at least opened the glass doors. My mother is elderly also she struggles to walk on her own, so my priority was her safety.
Everything else is great, perhaps a bit of critical thinking from the staff wouldve made this review a 5 star.」

「The booking was after 7:00 PM and the hotel manager made time to show the entire home room by room, explain the amenities, and walk the grounds to enhance the experience. The tour included a detailed list of local attractions including Angeles City, local fresh food market, options for transportation, and the massive SM Mall. 「Adequate. The A/C for the apartment consists of an a/c unit in each of the bedrooms upstairs. Only fans are available downstairs. Be mindful the bath downstairs is a wet bath, and if you aren't used to traveling abroad, the toilet is a bidet. The wasing machine is nice to have, but window above is open, so when it rained, everything below got wet. Security for the unit was great and our hostess was pleasant. 」
