此行是為慶祝生日，而酒店安排得很好。
先由管家帶進房間，當管家打開房間，就見到有生日佈置，後來有管家團隊推著蛋糕進房，還唱生日歌，而且還幫我們影相，還會把相片打印出來，放在生日咭內，然後送到房間，這是我們意想不到的。
我們亦在The Manor 品嘗過自助 早餐，食物選擇足夠，新鮮及美味。
而這個酒店令我們最深刻印象是每一個服務人員都很有熱誠及有禮。下次再去澳門，此酒店必定會是首選！👍

Opening on June, selling point of this style hotel is service. We got a great experience with the front desk, the duty manager offered a gift which was a surprise to my wife. The facilities are amazing, the gym and spa is on the fifth floor and the sky pool is on the 40th. The restaurant on the third floor is suitable for a family to enjoy their time together. Inside the guest room, the tablet could control everything, such as the curtains and blinds, lights, TV and so on.

很值得推荐的地方。我下次去澳门也会再选择这里。虽然酒店楼下没有太多购物地方，但正因如此，酒店才会非常安静，而且从大堂到各楼层，必须要凭房卡才能升降。非常安全。还有对面就是威尼斯人，10分钟就可以去到大运河购物逛街。

最基本的客房也有圓形的大浴缸配以浴鹽讓我們盡情享受浸浴之樂
亦有L形的大梳化讓我們可以舒適地觀看免費電影
客房內更提供免費生果及汽水啤酒
所有洗澡用品如洗頭水, 護髮素, 沐浴露, 潤膚露都是使用Salvatore Ferragamo高級品牌
而服務質素更加是絕佳,
我們當天一早到酒店, 但最快也數小時後才有房間提供,
職員便提供一個很舒適的休息室給我們先休息一下.
休息室裡面是播著平常出去做SPA時的音樂, 令人身心放鬆
更會提供熱薑茶給我們
而因當天是我男朋友的生日, 酒店更特別送上果籃+紅酒給我們,
只要早一天預先通知, 更能提供蛋糕哦~
