The location was large, but one could clearly perceive the deterioration of the buildings and rooms. There were always cats and bags of garbage by my door. I arrived in the early hours of the morning, and the check-in was quick; however, I became disoriented on the premises and found no parking for my car, as the attendant did not escort me to the building. My assessment is: there are better-maintained and superior places available at more competitive prices.

Nice hotel that could have been so much more

We only stayed here for one night, and were greeted by a nice and friendly staff. The hotel is at a beautiful location. However the whole experience is let down by the poor cleaning and poor state everything was in. Broken tiles everywhere, most of the furniture was broken or very worn, and there was black mold in the bathroom. The bed was rock hard, but the air condition worked perfectly and kept the rooms nice and cool. I wish they at least would have fixed all the broken tiles in the pools, as it's very easy to get a cut on them. There are tons of cats in the area. They are docile and friendly, but there are a lot of them. Be aware if you're allergic or afraid of cats. The room was a bit filthy, and most kitchen utensils were missing. It's a bit sad, because this hotel has a lot of potential, and could be a real gem with a proper renovation. On the bright side it's very affordable.

A minha passagem foi apenas de uma diária, o quarto tem espaço para ser um frete, bom estúdio, está precisando fazer uma reforma, não consegui tomar banho na piscina particular pois estava muito suja de folhas, o quarto tem sala e um espaço enorme com geladeira e uma pia senti falta de ter alguns utensílios de cozinha pois tem geladeira tem pia com um balcão enorme, o espaço ficaria maravilhoso se colocasse alguns utensílios de cozinha e também vassoura com pá.. não observei que não tinha roupa de cama só ao chegar no quarto. Mas é um espaço muito agradável para família e eu voltarei com a família sim já sabendo como funciona. Gostei muito do café da manhã parabéns! Concessionária também são muito prestativa.

Só passei uma diária. Fui a trabalho mais não volto mais para esse hotel! Quarto antigo o ar-condicionado não pegava direito... café da manhã pouca opção é muito gato por toda parte. Na mesa do café da manhã muito pelo tive que limpar com o guardanapo. Minha experiência não foi boa.

O quarto estava com a roupa de cama totalmente manchada com aspecto de sujo. O vaso sanitário tinha papel jogado dentro. Os funcionários foram atenciosos e prestativos . O café da manhã , mamão estava com gosto de alho , pão parecia amanhecido , pouca variedades. Nas dependências do hotel havia idosos acompanhados de adolescente com atitude totalmente suspeita , clima desagradável, conversei com o gerente da unidade que prestou esclarecimentos referindo que existem proprietários que alugam por fora os quartos, achei desagradável. Tenho a pedofilia como crime e não existe dinheiro neste mundo que mude minha opinião . Resumindo poderia ter sido melhor minha experiência no local.

Excelente lugar para quem quer descansar, bonito, a suite onde ficamos era enorme. Café da manhã simples, mas saboroso. Funcionários atenciosos, destaque para a moça do restaurante,(esqueci o nome dela) Ponto negativo vai para as roupas de cama, descastadas e até rasgada, tive que pedir 2x p trocarem.

O quarto era ótimo, o tamanho muito bom. A localização era ótima, perto das praias do norte. O Hotel é um local cercado de muita natureza, o que nos agradou muito, tomávamos café com os saguis. O único ponto que deixou, um pouco, a desejar foi o café da manhã, era muito simples, o pão não parecia ser novo, havia apenas um tipo de bolo, frios e frutas, não se compara ao café da manhã de outros hotéis. Mas paguei um preço muito barato, então não posso exigir muito, acho que estava dentro do valor pago. Eu ficaria outras vezes.

A Piscina muito boa, mais precisa de mais atenção com relação aos casais adolescentes, onde presenciei alguns ato inadequados para o ambiente, o ar condicionado precisei deixar ligado quase o dia todo para manter fresco estava fraco e o café da manhã muito limitado, onde só tinha salsicha, ovo com creme de leite horrível, calabresa frita, farofa de cuscuz, aipim e batata doce, dois tipo de bolo e pão.

Tive uma péssima experiência, quarto super luxo, a chave da porta não trancava por dentro tive quesolicitar reparo, a piscina exclusiva muito suja completamente imprópria para banho, tive que solicitar limpeza e retirada da água, pia da cozinha entupida tb solicitei reparo. Após estes reparos foi solicitado limpeza do quarto que não ocorreu. Foi bem estressante e so para completar as recepcionista super mal humoradas, parecia que eu estava lá de favor. Péssimo atendimento, definitivamente não recomendo.

O local é típico aquel lugar que já deve ter sido caro mas hoje o baixo valor (300,00/ diária) “justifica o serviço entregue”. Limpeza deixou a desejar Tinha barata no quarto, O almoço pedimos sem ninguém no restaurante (11:40) fomos almoçar 12h50 e vimos demais pratos sairé já nossa frente Quando chegou a comida estava gelada O ar condicionado precisa de manutenção . Não recomendo e não voltaria .
