「We were forced to book this hotel last minute due to a cancelled flight and no other options. It was incredibly expensive and not worth the cost. The hotel is very old and outdated and the wifi does not work. We were able to check in late and the room was clean but I would not stay there again for that price. 「Newly renovated hotel trying to improve but still some way from being a 5 star experience. Clear staffing challenges with cleaning and catering staff in particular very new and under trained resulting in a poor standard of service. We had ants in our room which was resolved but also had to leave instructions on how to clean room - basic things like cleaning sink, replacing cups, sugar, milk, cleaning toilet were not done to standard. 「Was a bit hard to communicate to the front desk when informing them about my late arrival. They were very helpful on arrival but getting around the property was a bit difficult and the lack of instruction about appropriate entrances at certain times throughout the day made things a bit hard. Breakfast at the cafe on site was lovely. Make sure you inform the hotel prior to arrival if you have a car you need to park. You need a set of keys to get through all the doors and they only give you one...
