“Spotlessly clean, comfortable accommodation in beautiful surroundings. Our meal in the restaurant was exquisite, as was the service. Great choice for breakfast. A thoroughly enjoyable experience in a tranquil setting. Very close to bus number 9 to travel into Brescia centre.”

“Tout est parfait équipement, emplacement super et esthétique recherchée. Petit bémol en ce qui concerne le matelas à ressorts qui mériterait d’être changé, car relativement inconfortable. L’annonce devrait indiquer que la voie ferrée est juste à côté ce qui occasionne du bruit dès 6 h 15 du matin. Ce n’est pas vraiment gênant mais il est dommage que l’information ne soit pas donnée. ”

“First and foremost a stunning view, from a reasonably sized apartment with a small second bedroom, nice wooden ceilings, two decently sized balconies, with a small garden. Friendly host who is not always present on the property. Giulio gave us delicious figs from the tree! On the downside, no AC, in sunny and hot weather (daytime highs were 36 Č) it gets very hot because directly under roof, therefore windows wide open out of necessity. No screens on doors or windows to protect from the many……

“We have enjoyed our stay very much. The communication with Mr. Burger was great and quick. The apartment is of high quality and lovingly furnished and was very clean. From the large terrace you have a great view of the lake. There was also extensive information material about the apartment and the surrounding area as well as basic cooking ingredients (spices, oil).”

“Region Iseo See super! Ortschaft toll, Lage des Objekts oberhalb des Ortskerns ok. Preis daher ok. FeWo leider nur wenig gereinigt. Küche und Bad selbst noch einmal geputzt. Alte Küche stinkt im Spülenbereich. Bettwäsche und Handtücher ok. Kommunikation mit Anbieter gut. Fenster, Zimmerecken und Spiegel schmutzig. Verbrauchtes Geschirr und Besteck. Alter Gasdurchlauferhitzer, daher wenig Warmwasserdruck an den Zapfstellen. Katzen und Hühner auf Anwesen. Alte Möbel.”

Ein besonderen Dank an den Vermieter für die immer hervorragende, freundliche und blitzschnelle Kommunikation.”

“We were two families with four kids. The house was really good and nothing was missing. The kitchen was always the central point for our two families and was modern and perfect equipped. Normally the owner shuts the swimming pool down in the end of september but he was so friendly to leave it running during our stay. The Center of Paratico was in a good range by car and the restaurant tip was very useful. Thanks a lot👍”

“Avevamo bisogno di un appoggio per qualche giorno ed è stata una scelta azzeccatissima. Vicino al centro commerciale Orio center, e non scomodo per raggiungere il centro della città di Bergamo. Chiaramente bisogna avere una macchina per raggiungere questo posto, senza auto personale muoversi sarebbe un problema. Nell’appartamento abbiamo trovato tutto funzionante e siamo stati veramente bene. Se dovessimo avere di nuovo un bisogno simile, rivaluteremo sicuramente questa soluzione”

“Wir haben eine Woche in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Diese Ferienwohnung punktet eindeutig durch ihre grandiose Terrasse mit dem Ausblick direkt auf den Iseo See. Wir waren im September in dieser Wohnung, so dass die Temperaturen moderat waren. im Sommer könnte es bei hohen Temperaturen problematisch werden, dort zu wohnen, da es keine Jalousien gegen die Hitze gibt. Eine Klimaanlage steht zur Verfügung, die allerdings separat bezahlt werden muss ( nach unserem Wissensstand). Die zwei……
