"I stayed here with 2 other friends for 4 nights. It’s in a nice area, not far from anything in the Detroit area. No complaints. Check in and check out was easy. Place was clean and had all the basics. We had beautiful weather for October (it was in the 70’s each day) so didn’t really adjust the heat or AC but everything is digital and easy to use. Would stay again. "

"Rooms sizeable and beds comfortable. Outdoor space nice. Dated furniture, room needed a good cleaning, dressers, mirrors, pictures, lampshades were dirty. "

"Wonderful, nice rental in prime location. Booked with family of 4 (two small children) to visit peppa world. Less than 10 minute drive and totally worth it to not stay at a hotel nearby. Fully stocked efficiency kitchen with good variety for continental breakfast. Will definitely be back"

"Facilities were modern and clean. Location was perfect. Easy check in and out. Only complaint would be that the furniture was not very comfortable. Purchased a memory foam topper for the bed as it was too firm for these old bodies. Wooden Kitchen chairs could use some padding."

"The building is beautiful and historic and the unit was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with furniture and cooking utensils/pans/etc. The host was responsive and helpful. It is walkable to Eastern Market as well as bars and restaurants."

"Our host, Nadine is the sweetest! We were waiting to close on our home and needed a place to stay for a month. She got us in quickly and communicated with us every step of the way! The property is clean, cozy and had every amenity we needed! The view of the river is great and there is a park along the river adjacent. You can walk to downtown shops in about 15 minutes.Highly recommend!!!"
