"It was like staying in your grandmother's basement guest bedroom. Cozy, but every time the heat kicked on, it was right over your head. There are other people living there and they were quite and kept to themselves. The house itself is creeky and not quite. Maybe a problem for a light sleeper. Dee was accommodating, very reachable , and lovely to talk to. The price was right and it wasn't a bad stay. There is no coffee though. Good coffee not far away. "

"First, note that you are not communicating directly with the owner(s) as they use a third party based in the Philippines and that the owner(s) actually live next door, which at first was okay - but then when concerns arose, they pretty much ghosted us. Amenities were important due to the length of our stay. We arrived to a note on the counter that the washing machine and dishwasher were broken, but they would do their best to get them fixed. The washer was fixed the day prior but no attempt was...

"Staff was friendly. Nice breakfast. Could use more staff, in the cleaning department. Hallways and rooms needed a good vacuuming. Cheerios found in corners of kitchen. Pill on the floor of the bedroom. Tables in breakfast area needed wiping between guests. I think they need more staff. Was quiet and convenient."
