“Everything was fantastic. So clean, had everything you need for a great stay!”

“This place was absolutely horrible. Mold on the ceiling, nothing was clean, gnats and hair in the bathroom and all over the sink. The bed sounded like it had sheet metal underneath and was super stiff. The AC Box unit was loud and incredibly dirty. We felt incredibly unsafe. We ended up checking out a day early because of how unbearable it was. When we voiced our concerns to the staff, a door was slammed in our face as he yelled at us and pointed at the “no refunds” sign. Wasn’t helpful in the……

“I turned into the parking lot of your hotel and I felt this was not the right hotel for my family. The parking lot and outside was not appealing. So we did not stay. Assuming you are a family owned business you need to improve the outside as I did not even wish to look inside to see your rooms. We stayed at Super 8 next store to your hotel. The outside of the super 8 is neat, clean and new looking. The inside rooms of Super 8 was very appealing. Not great but a good place for me to take my……

“Clean, quiet, and enjoyable hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel.”

“Great place to stay for the money. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was parking and access to the rental. You have to park in an adjacent hotel parking lot and walk across a pathway to get to the door. This is fine for most folks but if you have physical limitations, this place may not be for you.”

“What a gem of a stay! We wanted to find a place to stay near Kirksville. This was about a 40 minutes drive but it gave us the ability to have our own dwelling to cook our own food knowing we travel with a dog! Thank you Julie, we hope to return in the spring!”

“The boys like that there was a convince store and two car washes in the same block. They went to the Higbee truck show so that was important! Nice clean house, and had everything they needed.”

“Very good”

“Very clean and a lovely place to stay.”

“Clean, comfortable like being home.We enjoyed our stay and plan returning.”

“The cabin and property are very well maintained. Had neighbors staying in the nearby cottage with zero issues. Check in and out was smooth and communication was great.”

“This was one of the nicest VRBOs where we have stayed! The space was clean and very well appointed from the large dining table to the excellent mattresses to the soft white towels. Everything was where you would expect it to be and the extra touches made it feel like home.”
