「We were not happy with this accommodation at all. Door & walls were in shoddy state, aircon was dirty & barely worked, location is not good & Christian religious pictures & bible verses everywhere, including even in the bathroom. bible on the table & Christian channel on the TV. Not disclosed in the pics or the information or I wouldn't have stayed here. Don't push your religion onto people who have been gracious enough to pay you to stay in your accommodation, it's rude & unnecessary &...

「when im trying to check in they dont let me check in because they cant find my reservation . I wait for 30 minutes they dont find anything why they cant find my reservation after i show them the reservation number and the receipt.I was so dissapointed because i just got to the philippines my flight was late im ready to go bed.So next day i came back to the same building i show them my resevation again then they found my reservation lol is that a joke ? the staff not communicating with guess...

「The pool was very nice. We did try the beach. Unless you only want to see the beach, don’t bother with the beach. We tried both public and private beaches nearby. There were a lot of people drinking and doing karaoke. Not good for kids or trying to relax in a quiet setting.」

「The facility was not like it was portrayed on the internet. I am not tall, only 5' 7" and I couldn't sit on the toilet without my knees hitting the wall and still not sitting on the floor. There was no A/C in the main Living room, dining room kitchen combination! 」

「The rooms themselves were great, with no real complaints (besides a few ants). The area outside was a bit noisy, but that was more culture shock (and not something they can control anyway). When I asked for a quieter room, they were more then happy to accommodate quickly. 」

Suitable for family but not Solo Travellers

"The environment is nice but the PR Manager was the worst I have ever experienced throughout my extensive travel experiences in various countries. The booking staff need to level up the knowledge in water sports. If the facility is offered by the hotel, blaming on the tide for kayak is irrelevant because of misinformation. People plan ahead not find ad hoc taxi drivers for alternatives. But going outside is the same for water sports due to location and this resort is awesome for family but not solo travellers. Its a pity if they have the resource but not experienced staffs. "

客房老舊隔音差

"我們被安排在116號房，是1棟很老舊的房子，不清楚隔壁是不是也是飯店，夜晚派對播放音樂到深夜12點，無法入睡。隔音很差，隔壁房的開門關門聲音很大。樓梯像是有青苔一樣，陽台面對當地老舊房子，與訂房時看到的照片不同，擺了兩張陽台椅，完全就是擺設不會有人想要坐在椅子上，房間牆壁破損也不整修。"
