“The property is not located at the address mentioned by Expedia, the taxi driver had to call to owner of the property to get the correct address after driving around for one hour while we had to pay the taxi fee. The building is dirty and the entrance smells like sewer. The 3 beds in the apartment are very uncomfortable. The bathroom is dirty and moldy. As per the description, there is a 55 inch tv in the apartment, which is not correct, as there is only a projector. ”

“The property we stayed in was fine but it was not this property. The manager contacted us two days before check in to say that they were moving us to a different but comparable property. There were some issues with check in because the property manager requested information from us less than two days before we were due to check in and we were unable to respond as we were flying from Europe and already in transit. “First, after I paid Vrbo told me that the unit that they listed/I paid is not available! Upgraded us to a bigger one. I asked them to make sure all bed sheets and towels are clean/changed. After checked in they are all dirty and towels have stains. Mattresses are as hard as stones!! After staying in the unit for 2 nights, my back was in pain for a whole week. All check in informations were not clear. I need to keep asking them until the very last moment to ensure all the check in procedures.……

“DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!!!Prior to my arrival I had to reach out about the check-in process multiple times. I finally got the details as I was transiting to the property. Once I received the checkin process it was fairly smooth. My review of property:1) the building was old and a bit worn but was in good location2) Upon entering the unit, you can tell that the property wasn't as well maintained or nice as the pictures depicted3) After we had time to settle in, we started noticing issues……
