「If you are looking to stay at a place located close to Hampton beach this is a very good option. Our room was on 3rd floor with an ecean veiw with the beach across the street. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Room was clean and comfortable and the property manager was excellent. Good communication and no surprises. We would certainly stay here again.」

The kitchen provides some amenities so cooking is possible but if you'd rather not, many restaurants are within walking distance. I appreciated the easy interaction with our host as well. We visited on an off-season time period so it was quiet. I can't speak to summer time noises on the street.」

「Loved this property! Location was PERFECT. We walked everywhere and literally never used my car all week. Condo is very clean, lots of natural light, and cute little porch area to yourself. They have brand new Roku TVs in living room and both bedrooms. Wifi was strong and convenient trash, recycling and laundry on premise. My only feedback would be mattress toppers for the beds, they were a bit stiff… but not a deal breaker, as we’d love to come back again next summer. Thanks for a great week...
