“Very friendly and helpful receptions. The location is very convenient. We had an issue with the aircon late at night. I was told the next day that the aircon was fine that is was in sleep mode. As we stayed 1 night it didnt matter but definitely its not easy to use if thats the case. The bed light on/off is tricky but the hotel does explain to you during checkin. It was a nice laugh with the family trying to figure it out!!! ”

Many of the staff spoke English very well and the others understood our broken Italian well when we attempted to practice our Italian. “So it was hard To check in because the address on the website is 14, but access to the B&B is through 16. The numbers listed on the front of #14 are non functioning. It was really hard to check in and until the host answered the message through the website we were not able to check in. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although no blankets were provided and it was very cold in the room. Stayed 2 nights, the host was very nice and breakfast was great!!!”
