“The host was very helpful and responsive. The bed frame in the apt was broken and we temporarily fixed it because it was late. The host immediately offered to have us switch to a similar unit in the building but because it was late, we chose to stay. The next morning, however, there was no hot water in the unit so we switched to the other one. Hot water was still an issue in the new one--it never got above luke-warm.
