“Joseph is a great host and is available to you when you need. For our family of nine, with adults, teens and 4 year olds this cabin was not that suitable because of the many things in the house and with the restroom outside of the house. Though the outside was great. If you are with a group of Adults or with older kids and you love the camping vibe but want to have the comfort of staying in a house, this is the place to be. “No matter the time of day you can see the peak of Pilot Mountain from the front deck, coffee in hand you can smell the clean air and hear the birds. Such a peaceful time with daily adventures and walks down the long gravel driveway to the cows that greet you each day. House is well equipped from the towels to the Kcups and plenty of seasoning. Major issues: Chained dog barked all night, the washing machine didn’t work, had to call to find the linens which were stored in a file cabinet in a bedroom, showed up during check in time and cleaning staff was still there, hardly any dishes on site so forget about cooking a meal there. Place was a disappointment at best, especially for the overall cost.”
