“Dirty towels when we arrived, beds were unmade, trash in garbage can, dirty dishes in the sink. Host did nothing to remedy this. I had to spend my own money and wash all the dirty towels. Living room TV was not set up to work. Horrible and will never stay here.”

“The home itself was very clean and cozy. However, I have rated this stay as okay for a few reasons…. I was informed after reaching out day of since I had not received any access info just that 4pm was “check in” from there I was told that VRBO did not confirm the reservation until 5pm the day of arrival and was told that my check in time was now past 8:30pm… This feels scattered and wrong to me. Not only did this happen but I had to reach out to the host directly to receive this information not……

“Everything was neat and clean. The property felt new and modern. We loved the spacious living room. We had a great stay.”

“When we checked in the hardwood floor in the main room near the entrance was covered with a sticky substance. We found a mop in the closet and had to completely mop the floor in the main room and kitchen before we could bring in our luggage. Otherwise the condo was comfortable and suited our needs. We were allowed to check-in early which was really nice. ”
