“The property is gorgeous and there are so many deer roaming everywhere. The hosts were great and communicated well. We really loved the decor and cleaning less of the house and it was a great stay. We will rent here again if we come back to the area.”

“My daughter and I were in town for just a couple days and this cabin was perfect for what we needed. Great location and peaceful when our day was over. The hosts were very responsive, the cabin was exactly as advertised. I will stay here again if available when needed.”

“We had a lovely time at this beautifully decorated lakeside cottage. We especially enjoyed the back deck. Thank you for sharing your home with us!”

“This is the 3rd time we have stayed here. As always, excellent property - clean and comfortable with easy access to the water. Great benefit of being on deep water since the water is down this year. Looking forward to next year!”

“Very cute little house with two adult bedrooms and bunk room for children. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you needed to cook or serve. Even had fresh coffee to make a pot of coffee, which was good because we forgot to bring it!Only problem was the condition of the boat dock, which was damaged due to very low water, which twisted the access walkway making it unsafe to try to climb out to where the chairs and kayaks were stored. If you are planning on playing in the lake with small……

“Photos of this place are ancient. Shrubs are over the roof in front. Dilapidated and let go are the best words I know to describe it with algae growing on garage door to bedding being from the 80s. Daughter slept on the couch to keep from sleeping in broken bed with stained skirting. Dining room table seats are stained with what looked like baby vomit. Toilets had to be cut off to keep from howling in the middle of the night because of faulty fill valves and leaking stoppers. The environment is……

“We had a wonderful stay! In the heart of Five Points, the location was excellent—close to everything we wanted while still feeling quiet and relaxing. The property truly had all the comforts of home, and I especially appreciated the amenities that made it easy to work remotely. Reliable Wi-Fi, comfortable workspaces, and thoughtful touches throughout the home made balancing work and vacation effortless. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a……

“We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, spacious, and relaxing cabin in the woods. Highly recommend for a easy and convenient get-away.”

“We had a great trip. the place was adorable, comfortable, convenient to all Athens has to offer.”

“This place needs work and host needs to be honest when we picked this place we thought it would be a good place but upon arriving it took us 30 min to get the door unlocked we teied severl phone calls and tex messages finally after putting in code and trying everything to access property we paid for then after inside the washer and dryer had signs saying its out of order veey unprofessional to not disclose theses issues .”

“We had a wonderful stay at the cottage as we awaited closing on our new home in Georgia. The accommodations were clean and every detail was carefully curated. It was quiet, relaxing and we enjoyed seeing the deer stroll through the property each day. The host was very quick in responding to any questions we had and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the cottage to other travelers. We especially loved the fresh eggs in the refrigerator and chocolate chip cookies from the local farm stand. You’re……

“It was an Athens GameDay. This place was great. It’s close to many shops and restaurants in the Oconee connector area, but also a very quick drive in to the UGA campus and downtown Athens. It was so nice having a quiet and peaceful place. Loved the bedding and shower. They do a great job with everything you need for your stay; premium amenities and toiletries. It’s very spacious and smells brand new. Really enjoyed the stay and will definitely look to return when I’m back in Athens for an event.”

“ Beautiful property, close to the lake.”

“Fran was a great host! We arrived to town a bit later than expected and so we contacted him a bit late but Fran was on it and answered my questions, property was CLEAN, rooms, kitchen, and bathrooms had clean towels, rugs, bedding, etc. We were in town for a weeding in Chimney Oaks so the location was great (area was really quiet and peaceful so I lost no sleep); we really enjoyed the pool table and the TVs with streaming services. Lovely cottage and great host, would definitely recommend for……
